We are three digital nomads who still have a week left into our month long stay at Rua Da Sao Marcal 104 in Lisbon, booked through Altido Apartments Lisbon. We paid an inflated price per Lisbon standards and to our surprise we noticed from the get go that the 1. Fridge is not working 2. TV not working 3. Ensuite shower in the bedroom image attached leaking - flooding the entire bathroom when having a shower 4. Problems with wifi We have been trying to get a hold of the team at Altido for weeks and just recently been informed there is nothing that can be done with regards to the TV. They said a new fridge was going to come but we have days left of our stay. Nothing has been resolved - also we had one incident where the landlord opened the door to our flat without permission. When raising the issue with the landlord his response was he had not been made aware of these issues until recently. Either there is lack of communication between the landlord and the agent or an excuse to take responsibility and solve the issues. We strongly discourage people to book apartments via Altido- stick to private landlords via airbnb instead. *Update* ALTIDO offered to pay 100 euros in order for us to *delete* this review. They were quick to get back to us after this review was posted but failed to reply when the above issues were raised for weeks into our stay. We still have issues with the property, hence leaving in a few days to move to different property hosted a private landlord.
Grand apartment, beautifully and thoughtfully renovated, the location is perfect, near the seafront, the trains, and the cute tram stops right outside. 5 mins from the Time Out market, and a short walk to the Barrio Alto. Tasteful furnishings, comfy bed with top notch bed linen. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need to feel like home. Lots of space, comfortable beds, perfectly equipped kitchen. Modern design with amazing details like paintings on the walls make this place unforgettable.

Fantastic level of service - the ALTIDO team were super friendly and accommodating in ensuring we had an incredible stay at one of their flats in Bairro Alto. Special thanks to Tom and Nikolay for always being at hand to help me with any questions I had!
Quality service at a reasonable price! I highly recommend Altido to anyone coming to Lisbon. My wife and I used Altido for a period of 7 months. The team is very receptive and made us feel at home. Special thanks to Pedro! Look forward to using Altido in other regions in Europe!
